4. Hot Glue Gun or Strong Adhesive: For attaching the components.

5. Scissors: For cutting.

6. Acrylic Paint or Spray Paint (Optional): To color the cotton buds if needed.

7. String or Ribbon: To hang the wall art.

8. Decorative Elements (Optional): Such as glitter, pearls, or beads for Embellishments to color the cotton buds if needed.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Create the Base

  •  Cut a circular or any desired shape (like a heart or square) out of cardboard..
